If your child is absent you must contact the school and give the child's name and reason of absence.  We have an answering machine on from 3:30 pm through 7:30 am for your convenience during off hours.  If we do not hear from you, it is necessary for us to call you.  Remember, this is for your child's safety!

 Attendance Letters

Attendance and tardy letters are sent home to every student who have 5 or more absences/tardies.  Please refer to the District Parent/Student handbook for more information.

Trip or vacation for your student

If your child is absent due to a vacation it is considered an unexcused absence.  No work will be given out by the teacher before your trip.  If your child is out of school for more than 20 consecutive school days for a trip the student will be discharged from their school.  If you wish re-admission for your student upon their return you will need to re-register.
