...To develop a  nurturing, challenging, safe, and secure learning environment. We will foster enthusiasm in every member of our community to become lifelong learners and productive citizens in a global society.

Goals
  1. Address the needs of all students to maximize   academic, social, and emotional success.
  2. Explore and implement innovative and creative programs using various classroom management and grouping arrangements.
  3. Promote infusion of the Arts throughout the curriculum.
  4. Foster positive relationships among students, parents,  staff, other schools, and community members.
  5. Encourage parents to positively and actively support their children's social, emotional and academic success.
  6. Provide an environment in which all members of the Charlotte Avenue School community are physically and emotionally safe.
  7. Develop instructional programs, strategies and skills to align with state and federal standards.
  8. Incorporate a variety of assessment analyses leading to improved student learning.
    9. Expand and improve the Charlotte Avenue School web site to inform and enhance school/community communications.
