All About Me
My name is Cortney MacDonald. I grew up in Connecticut and moved to New Hampshire in 1997. I graduated from Keene State College with a B.S. in Elementary Education/English and have a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Rivier College. I taught fourth grade for 10 years and Kindergarten for 5 years. This is my twelfth year at Bicentennial School.
I live in Litchfield, NH with my husband and two kids. I love living in a rural area because it is peaceful and there are many great farms to visit.
My family and I enjoyed doing many fun things this past summer. We went to Wallis Sands, Odiorne Point, Crane Beach, visited family in CT, hiked Mines Falls, went camping, learned to fish, visited Bear Brook Park, participated in many sports, and played with many neighborhood friends. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, going for walks, shopping, listening to music, reading and playing with my kids.
I look forward to meeting all of you and watching you grow! Kindergarten is loads of fun!
